Book-words

It isn't that I am pounding sand on a Sunday morning, yet it's difficult to turn a blind eye on some posts that prompt me to squander time penning some unusually arcane stuff. Amidst the implementation activities of a colossal project, synonymous to open-heart surgery of the servers that database and codes reside on, I fought to scribe these extremely verbose lines in an attempt to capture a few book-related words, which I'll forget as fast as I've heard! 😆

Vellichor wafting from rows of books and tomes stacked up for sale at Lifeline store dragged Bidya in to discover a bunch of bibliobulis, busy grabbing bags of publications of their choice. She looked around, reflected on ballycumber lying around her lectory (her bed, as she's such a lubrocubiculorist), and stepped back, quelling an urge for tsundoku, stemming from her abibliophobia.

Stop pretending to be bibliognost and omnilegent. You haven't even laid your hands on incunabula. Why even dream!
She whispered to herself and stamping out any vestigial wistfulness of laying hands on unread ones, she stepped out.

But the scripturient voice in her, the one that indulges in epeolatry, wouldn't give in. So she stormed in, picked up her TBRs gleefully, and headed home, book-bosomed.

A bibliotaph she was, she rushed up 15 wooden steps to store away the new acquisitions, their pages still clamouring to reveal the contents, in the darkest corner of the attic - safe from biblioclasts and biblioklepts!

Be informed: Bookmakers have nothing to do with books and probably give a side berth to bibliophiles, bibliomanes, biliolaters, bibliomaniacs, bookworms and book lovers!

More book words:
Stall-learning or index-learning
Déjà-lu
Helluo liborum (book glutton)
Bibliothetic - arrangement of books in library

And an absurd idea:
In the bazaar, I bumped upon my buddy buying a bezoar, which was bizzare as he wasn't a boozer who's lost his mind; I bolstered to him to accost and to my bewilderment the buzzer of Bourke Bakery flew off my hand landing beside the non-boozer's bizarre bezoar in the bazaar!
