NSW Art Gallery

Fibre and textile, Printmaking, Ceramics, Painting, Drawing, Sculpture accompanied with young Year-12-graduate artists' thoughts behind their respective creations set the walls of enfilade in NSW Art Gallery on fire. The vibrance, vibes, and variegation of artworks of selected few, 50 to be precise out of 9000 submissions and 519 nominations, entitled them to share the walls of the renowned state gallery alongside the works of eminent artists. It was humbling to check our son's work - the only Design Model category - sitting amidst powerful rendering of fellow students from different schools. It was awe-inspiring to deliberate and belive his tiny diorama competed with the large canvases and sculptures dominating the floor. 

We are grateful such a a significant event came our way and one that we'll cling to for all our life!
